DELICIOUS CORNMEAL BREAD WITH  ORGANIC COCONUT OIL

 

          

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups of cornmeal that has been ground in the food processor for 5-10 minutes
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 1/2 cups of plain greek yogurt
  4. 1 teaspoon of salt
  5. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 2 tablespoons of sugar
  8. 1 cup of whole milk
  9. 4 tablespoons of melted Organic Virgin Coconut oil

Method: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 

 In your food processor, pulverize the cornmeal for 5-10 minutes. 

Add dry ingredients to cornmeal (point 4 to 6 mentioned above )and mix and then add wet ingredients and mix well again.  Place the batter in an 8 x 8 pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes at 400. remove from oven and let cool.

Please note you can also use sour cream instead of greek yogurt.
