DELICIOUS CORNMEAL BREAD WITH ORGANIC COCONUT OIL
- 2 cups of cornmeal that has been ground in the food processor for 5-10 minutes
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of plain greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 4 tablespoons of melted Organic Virgin Coconut oil
Method: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In your food processor, pulverize the cornmeal for 5-10 minutes.
Add dry ingredients to cornmeal (point 4 to 6 mentioned above )and mix and then add wet ingredients and mix well again. Place the batter in an 8 x 8 pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes at 400. remove from oven and let cool.
Please note you can also use sour cream instead of greek yogurt.
